On October 26, 2020, the government of Equatorial Guinea issued a decree allowing back the export of logs.
On September 25, 2020, ATIBT informed you here of the presidential decree banning the export of logs.
This new Decree has been published “due to the need to mobilise all productive sectors in the country and given the serious economic crisis affecting all countries in the world, and in particular in our country, as a result of the Coronavirus health crisis and the sharp fall in the price of crude, the Government intends to continue to pay special attention to the Forestry Sector.”
